Rustic Log Cabins 501-504
These cozy rustic log cabins sit in a row on the hill above the Fisherman's Lodge. These cabins were
moved to the Chico property in the late 1970's and had been part of another lodging business in the
Livingston area. Cabins 501 to 503 are two rooms, each with one full size log bed. Cabin 504 is
one room with one full size log bed. All rustic cabins have small bathrooms with showers. The
cabins are joined together with one long deck and have a great view of the surrounding mountains.
Each cabin has a coffee pot, however these cabins do not have kitchen facilities.

The Shooting Star Cabin 701
The Shooting Star Cabin is nestled on the plateau above Chico between the Chico Day Spa and the Honeymoon
Cottage. The Shooting Star Cabin was built to accommodate couples wanting a luxurious, romantic and private
accommodation. It was also used as a model for what would soon become the North 40 Cabins, a romantic
cluster of cottages close to the Lower Lodge. The Shooting Star Cabin is a spacious cottage with a king
size bed, mini refrigerator, CD stereo system, vaulted pine ceiling, western furnishings, and inviting
decor. The large spa tub in the spacious bathroom adds additional warmth and comfort to your stay.
The cabin also boasts a private deck with Adirondack chairs and a breathtaking view of Paradise Valley.
The Shooting Star Cabin is named after Jed Steele, winemaker and owner of Steele Wines, and his Shooting
Star label. Jed and his wines are long time friends of Chico Hot Springs.
Maximum occupancy 2, no pets $209
North 40 Cabins 702-708

The NORTH 40 CABINS (702-706) are located in a cluster next to the Lower Lodge on the West end of the property
and (707-708) on the hill overlooking Chico and Paradise Valley. The North 40 Cabins were built for couples
wanting more luxurious accommodations. Like the Shooting Star, each North 40 cabin is a spacious cottage
with a king size bed, mini refrigerator, CD stereo system, vaulted pine ceiling, western furnishings,
and inviting decor. The large spa tub in the spacious bathroom adds additional warmth and comfort to your
stay. Each cabin has a private deck and outdoor chairs. The North 40 Cabins are individually named after
some of our favorite modern-day Chico ladies...
702: Reggie’s Cabins, after Reggie Nadelson, writer and long
time friend of the Art family. 703: Eve’s Cabin, after Eve Art, owner of Chico Hot Springs with her husband
Mike since 1973. 704: Andy’s Cabin, after Andy Art, daughter of Mike and Eve Art. 705: Jackie’s Cabin, after
Jackie Art, daughter of Mike and Eve Art. 706 Isabel’s Cabin and 707 Simone’s Cabin, after the daughters of
Colin Davis, General Manager. And Cabin 708 is named after a favorite modern day gentleman, owner Mike Art.
