The Cabins are located in a cluster next to the Lower Lodge on the West end of the property and (707-708) on the hill overlooking Chico and Paradise Valley. The North 40 Cabins were built for couples wanting more luxurious accommodations. Like the Shooting Star, each North 40 cabin is a spacious cottage with a king size bed, mini refrigerator, CD stereo system, vaulted pine ceiling, western furnishings, and inviting decor. The large spa tub in the spacious bathroom adds additional warmth and comfort to your stay. Each cabin has a private deck and outdoor chairs. Rates based on double occupancy.
The North 40 Cabins are individually named after some of our favorite modern-day Chico ladies… 702: Reggie’s Cabin, after Reggie Nadelson, writer and long time friend of the Chico Family. 703: Eve’s Cabin, after Eve Art, former owner of Chico Hot Springs with her husband Mike (owners 1973- April 2015). 704: Andy’s Cabin, after Andy Art, daughter of Mike and Eve Art. 705: Jackie’s Cabin, after Jackie Art, daughter of Mike and Eve Art. 706 Isabel’s Cabin and 707 Simone’s Cabin, after the daughters of Colin Davis, Chico Hot Springs owner. And Cabin 708 is named after a favorite modern day gentleman, former Chico owner, Mike Art.
