menu of fresh, exceptional cuisine, with much of the produce coming from
Chico's own garden.
Our steaks are generous, our seafood is flown in fresh and all
of our baking is done on the premises.

The Chico Saloon overlooks the south end of the pool and features great drinks, video poker and keno machines, a pool table,
foosball, shuffleboard, televisions, and live music every Friday and Saturday. Lunch and dinner can be
ordered in the Saloon from the
Poolside Grille Menu including ER's famous and fabulous ribs.
