Historic Main Lodge
Brimming with authentic western charm, most of the rooms in the Historic Main Lodge have been fully operational for nearly as long as we’ve been open. These are connected to the hot springs via the second floor, as well as the rest of our resort’s central amenities.
Select guest rooms include a private bath or sink. Bathrooms may be shared among guests in the same hall.
Warren's Wing
This two-story wing overlooks the front lawn and connects to the Historic Main Lodge via the first floor. Each of these accommodations offer plush beds, private bathrooms, geothermal radiant heat, and tastefully furnished interiors that are equal parts rustic and relaxed.
Lower Lodge
Unwind in tasteful Western elegance at the Lower Lodge, just steps from the main lobby, dining, hot springs, and saloon. Each cozy guest room features two queen beds, a private bathroom, and a sitting area with two chairs. Geothermal radiant heat ensures year-round comfort.
Nestled in the heart of Chico, the Lower Lodge offers unparalleled views of Montana sunrises and sunsets from rocking chairs on the front and back porches. Enjoy the convenience of walkable access to the hot springs and other amenities, with spacious rooms boasting vaulted ceilings and close-by parking.
Fisherman’s Lodge
Close enough to the main lodge to feel central—yet remote enough to feel like an idyll of its own—the Fisherman’s Lodge offers the best of both worlds, perched on the hill above the gardens. The surrounding mountains make for spectacular views, while plush queen-sized beds, private bathrooms, and elegant sitting areas round out the amenities inside.
Camp Conestoga
The new frontier in glamping, with custom-built Conestoga wagons that feel like they rolled in straight from the 1800s—except these include electricity, air conditioning, and two beds for nights of restful sleep in a space that’s one-of-a-kind on the hill. A modern bathhouse with bathroom and shower facilities is located at Camp Conestoga for wagons 902-906, and an outdoor lounge area features a gas burning firepit, outdoor chairs, and magnificent views.
Cabins
No two cabins at Chico are quite alike, and that’s a good thing. Whether you’re cozying up in the faithfully restored Chico Short Line railroad caboose or our romantic 1970s log cabins, you can rest easy knowing that you’re in for a true treat. Most cabins are a short stroll over from the main lodge and hot springs, offering a diverse set of options that range from rustic to refined.
Chalets & Houses
Extra space—enough for up to 12 of your favorite family members—defines these comfortable homes, each of which offer the utmost privacy. Each house and chalet is entirely unique, making it easy to curate the perfect experience for your group. Most include private decks, arresting views of the surrounding Emigrant Peak, and floor plans that offer everything you need to make Paradise your true home away from home. Steele House
Offering residential privacy within minutes of the historic resort, this is the best of both worlds for small groups or large families of up to 8. Located 0.7 miles from the resort, it takes approximately 3 minutes to drive to or from the house and Chico.
The Steele House has a full kitchen, living area, two full baths and a half bath, four bedrooms and access to some of Paradise Valley’s most amazing mountain vistas. The hosts, Jed and Paula, offer this rental exclusively through Chico Reservations. Complimentary Chico pool passes are included.

Brandis House
The Brandis House Vacation Rental is a beautiful custom home built in the fall of 2021, located just past Chico going toward the town of Old Chico. This house has an open floor plan with living and kitchen as one open space, two bedrooms each with one queen bed, and one bathroom. The maximum occupancy is 4 people, minimum of 2-nights stay. This accommodation is completely pet free and smoke free (no pets, no smoking). Complimentary Chico pool passes are included.
