Book Your Spa TreatmentCancellation Policy: We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to appointments. Appointments canceled or changed within 48 hours will be subject to a full service charge. To ensure a smooth start to your appointment, please arrive at least five minutes early to complete a health intake form.
Our pregnancy massage services are available for guests in their 2nd or 3rd trimester. We recommend the 1-hour Mountain Living Massage, with the Mountain Mama version tailored for expectant mothers. Please let us know which week of pregnancy you are in when booking your appointment. A pregnancy-safe essential oil blend is available upon request to enhance your experience.
Please review the following policies for appointments and treatments involving minors:
- For Minors Aged 13-15: A parent or guardian must be present in the treatment room during the session and sign a release form before the treatment can proceed. Only 30-minute treatments are permitted for this age group.
- For Minors Aged 13-17: A parent or guardian must remain in the building during the treatment session and sign a release form before the treatment can proceed.
- For Minors Aged 16-17: A parent or guardian must sign a release form before the treatment can proceed.
