Though his culinary career may have started as a happy accident, Executive Chef Dave Wells’ success has been anything but. His ingenious focus on creating food with a strong sense of place has landed him notice as a semi-finalist in the James Beard awards. When it comes to his menus, his inspirations are simple—flavorful food made using what’s available, when it tastes the best.
